Space and Environment Research Center (SERC) is a non-profitable research organization based on Space and Environmental research at the University of Rajshahi taking the student community of the university. It was founded in 2014 (5 April) by Mithun Kumar. It is the community and organization of Space & Environment and IT knowledge focused on empowering the scientific and engineering profession by evolving its student members to their full potential as a professional and or entrepreneur.
Social contribution towards the long term national vision of becoming a scientific and technology-driven knowledge economy, particularly through engaging with the young generation for motivating and guiding them for becoming future scientific and technology leaders is one of the goals of SERC.

Students enrolled in Space science and technology, IT, environmental and earth science and technology-related major at a university or college who are looking for careers within the scientist, engineer and academician or entrepreneurs will find joining SERC a walk in the right track.
