The NL Scholarship (formerly known as Holland Scholarship) is meant for international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to do their bachelor’s or master’s in the Netherlands.
This scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science as well as several Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences.

Eligibilities
Applicants nationality has to be non-EEA.
- They are applying for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s programme at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions.
- They meet the specific requirements of the institution of their choice. They can find these on the website of the institution.
- They do not have a degree from and education institution in the Netherlands.

- Find a suitable program from university website
- Apply through the official registration and application portal for programmes at Dutch higher education institutions
- Meet all the requirements and deadlines for documents submission.
