Calling applications for the Fundación MAPFRE Awards for Social Innovation 2025!

The Fundación MAPFRE Social Innovation Award were launched in 2017 with the clear goal of promoting projects capable of generating a positive impact on our environment and of being replicated in other contexts, amplifying their scope. Today, with the launch of a new edition of these awards, we are reaffirming our conviction that finding solutions to people’s genuine problems is a task for everyone.

This new call is aimed at projects developed in four major geographic regions: Brazil, the rest of Latin America, Europe and the United States. They all have a high potential for impact in the following key categories:

  • Safe and sustainable mobility.
  • The Silver Economy.
  • Health improvement and digital technology (e-Health).

From all the projects submitted, the Jury will shortlist 12 finalists (three per category and region), which will receive mentoring and personalized online coaching and will travel to Madrid to participate in the Grand Final. The three winners, one in each category, will be announced during the ceremony and they will receive a prize of 40,000 euros in cash to promote their project. In addition, all the participants will become part of our network of social innovators, Red Innova, which promotes knowledge exchange and expert support.
